QUESTION: MOVIE DOES NOT WORK. WHY?
ANSWER: Are you sure it does not work? It might be that it is only streaming slow, or that it is blocked by your web browser. To be on the safe side please try with FireFox browser (free download), as we test all added movies with it!
QUESTION: WHY ARE DIVX MOVIES STUCK ON 0% BUFFERING? WHAT TO DO?
ANSWER: Try to clear Web Player cache by doing the following:
1. Right click on the player and choose "PREFERENCE"
2. Click on the DOWNLOAD CACHE tab
3. Click CLEAR CACHE NOW
4. Refresh the page and hit PLAY again.
If it does not work try (oh, i hate to repeat myself) with FireFox browser…
QUESTION: MOVIE IS PLAYING WITH INTERRUPTIONS - REBUFFERING OFTEN! WHAT TO DO?
ANSWER: When watching a movie, press the pause button, and let the player buffer (stream) the video for a few minutes before resuming play again. This should help with uninterrupted play back. For best viewing experience we advise pausing it for 10 minutes. If this does not help, maybe this Bandwidth Tweak for Windows XP procedure will:
Windows uses 20% of your bandwidth (Microsoft reserves this for their own purposes). Here's how to get it back:
* Click START > RUN > type "gpedit.msc"
* Then go to :

* COMPUTER CONFIGURATION >
* ADMINISTRATIVE TEMPLATES >
* NETWORK >
* QOS PACKET SCHEDULER >
* LIMIT RESERVABLE BANDWIDTH.
Double click on LIMIT RESERVABLE BANDWIDTH.
* Enable reservable bandwidth
* Then set it to ZERO.
